Great team to relay on when needed, you never feel like you have no one to reach out to. Great new leadership that has only asked the right questions, but is using the answers to better the company as a whole.

Cons

Would love to see more education continue through out the time of employment.

New CEO seems to really care and to get it. This company was great and then had some growing pains as they were acquired by a larger group or equity company. They struggled with leadership. Now with new CEO they are inspiring a positive culture. Focusing on the employees. Focusing on best practices and healthcare outcomes. Focusing on support.

Cons

with changes I am not seeing any cons other than growing pains.
