      Flexible schedule, decent pay, and an opportunity for $15K in overtime work. Very autonomous and self-driven but there's support when you need/ask for it.

      Cons

      Poor PTO and time off, which is always frustrating for a healthcare company, but it's a flexible schedule so there is some wiggle room. Poor 401K contribution
