Pros

Remote work is always great unless....

Cons

You're being constantly watched, and almost punished with more work for being efficient at your job.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad remote work was a positive aspect for you, but we’re sorry to hear that the workload and oversight felt overwhelming. Efficiency should be recognized—not met with added pressure—and your feedback is a helpful reminder as we continue improving expectations, support, and workflow transparency for our remote teams. We appreciate the time you spent with Eventus and wish you well in your future endeavors.

No sense of real leadership

Pros

The hopes and dreams promised in an interview

Cons

The utter lack of leadership. When management wanted to show up; they micro managed until they were bored with us... destroying any progress we had as a team while they were at it. They picked the most inexperienced, unfriendly, refuses to be a go getter as a lead. And to make matters worse, when they feel threatened by one of their employees, they belittle said employee publicly and tell everyone else they can't talk to them.

Pros

Flexible schedule, that’s about all.

Cons

Minimal work life balance, multiple promises not kept even from upper management. Upper management is aloof, condescending, and out of touch with the reality of field work. Poor pay to support the multiple back end departments that are unnecessary, unhelpful, and won’t even answer emails for months. Anyone with any experience in business would look at their business model and laugh. Bottom line:the company is predatory, dishonest, with poor management.
