From day one I’ve felt welcomed. From management to HR to my co-workers, everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel like part of the Evergent family. Daily encouragement, fun outings with co-workers, advancement opportunities on the horizon…choosing to work at Evergent has been the best decision of my professional career.

Cons

I haven’t been here long enough to pick up on any significant cons.

Pros

Great location very close to where I live. My coworkers are friendly and professional. There’s never any issues with drama or childish behavior. Management knows what they’re doing. Even if they’re not perfect, they’re at least competent. My salary is good and the company offers full benefits.

Cons

Intense workload. Very tight deadlines, especially on important projects.
