Pros

I still have a job with good benefits where millions of people don’t. I don’t take that for granted. There’s a lot of things I love working at Evergent but it’s the job security that keeps me coming back day after day. They even offer work from home options. This is a company that truly values its staff.

Pros

Strong leadership from the top down has kept the company going. Good decision-making skills during the COVID pandemic. The safety of the staff was their top priority at the time and frankly it still is. They don’t hesitate to make crucial decisions. Their encouragement and support go a long way in keeping the staff motivated.

Cons

They could do a better job focusing on training.

Pros

A company that respects you enough to let you work freely without micromanagement. Management are accessible should you ever need them and are receptive to feedback. There’s a freedom at Evergent that many companies lack. This provides an environment where employees are motivated to give 110%. Other companies should take note. If you do right by your staff they will do right by you.

Cons

You have to be a proactive problem solver. There’s no hand holding here which may be perceived as a con for new hires just learning the ropes.
