Pros

The benefits package is moderately competitive with the market, although watered down over the years.

Cons

Long hours, little direction from leadership, supervisor was tyrannical and compromised rules for those she favored in the department, grossly incompetent to carry out duties assigned.

I loved the pay. Hated the treatment they offered me

Pros

The pay and the benefits were amazing. The friends I made were lifetime friends. I opted for a less paying job just to get out.

Cons

I was treated with such disrespect from the supervisors as a person. They would force you to work when I wasn't scheduled. They would make me work shifts I had no control over and made my family suffer. They would control my life so much I couldn't be on social media because they would make me feel like bad about anything positive.

Pros

Great pay, good benefits, vacation accrual

Cons

No work/life balance, lack of support from management, micromanagement, forced hours, never out on time so cannot plan for even dinner with my family. Do not recommend if you have a life outside of work. Recruiters will promise you all kinds of things that are absolutely not accurate. All training after your initial 6 weeks is shotty at best.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that your workload and schedule have impacted your work/life balance and overall experience on the team. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and your feedback is important. We appreciate you highlighting the positives around pay, benefits, and vacation, and we take seriously the concerns you raised about scheduling, support from management, and the training process. We know how critical it is—especially in customer‑facing roles to feel supported, set up for success, and able to manage responsibilities outside of work. Your comments about expectations during hiring and the clarity of goals will be taken into consideration. We will share this input with the appropriate teams so we can review how we communicate, train, and support employees throughout their time here. Thank you again for your honesty. We’re committed to improving the employee experience.
