Pros

Benefits, annual bonus, hybrid schedule, inclusive, culture, local volunteer opportunities, Reliability and safety focused. Customer centered.

Cons

Lack of training and development, too many middle managers, cronyism, not financially savvy, inefficient, inconsistent across the OpCo’s. No growth at all time of unprecedented expansion.
