      Great work/life balance, some middle managers are really amazing and dedicated, great benefits, lots of room to learn

      Cons

      You have to keep moving roles to grow, lots of nepotism, lots of senior leadership who know very little about the area they oversee, lack of ownership/accountability in certain areas, pay is not as good as it can be.
