Pros

30 minute breaks , & 1 hour lunch. Good pay after you’ve been there after 2 years.

Cons

I truly loved this company. Have been here going on 3 years now. It has done nothing but go down hill. The department I work in now is a HOT MESS!! Managers barley respond when you need help. They take meetings and pull every manager off phones where agents go 1 hour plus with NO HELP. If you go over break for any reason even if you have internet issuesWITH PROOF you still have to put PTO in even showing proof they just won’t write you up but they do not pay you for that even though YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WORK AT HOME. Going into the job it was not to be fully remote and now you have NO CHOICE BUT TO BE REMOTE. They do not have any mental health for employees but give a mental health line for customers?? WHAT ABOUT YOUR AGENTS? YOURE AGENTS KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. Remember that. We do surveys but a manager can still talk about it with the team even if it’s bad stuff about the manager.

Thank you for providing such detailed feedback. We aim to provide employees with the tools they need to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We encourage any employee who is struggling with stress or mental health to utilize our extensive mental health resources. One option is our Employee Assistance Program, which is available 24/7/365. Although our Operations roles are considered remote, we welcome any employee to speak to their manager if coming into the corporate office is better suited for their needs. We’re grateful for your dedication to your role, your team and to the company, and we encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner through email to address any outstanding concerns.

While we’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed Exeter’s training programs, we’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our Compensation and Benefits offerings. Our Benefits team works hard to regularly evaluate our offerings and to minimize employee costs. Currently, we offer three medical plans with varying deductible rates. If you would like to share more specific feedback about the confusion around your compensation, please reach out to HR@exeterfinance.com. We are always eager to improve our processes. We appreciate your feedback, and we wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors.

Pros

Employee centric organization that takes care of their team members.

Cons

The only con was having the main locations all in Texas, and that was all Covid related.
