A front-row seat to the future of AI, supply chains, and global impact

Pros

Working at Exiger means operating at the intersection of technology, national security, and global commerce. The problems we’re solving—supply chain transparency, forced labor detection, and industrial resilience—are complex and consequential. It’s exciting to be part of a company where the mission is clear and the work genuinely matters. What stands out most is the caliber of people. The team combines deep technical expertise with real-world policy, industry, and operational experience. Leadership sets ambitious goals and moves quickly, which creates an environment where ideas can turn into real initiatives fast. The pace is high, and expectations are equally high—but for people who want to learn quickly, take ownership, and build something meaningful, it’s an exciting place to grow. Exiger is still scaling, which means there’s real opportunity to shape the future of the company rather than just maintain the status quo. If you’re looking for a mission-driven company tackling big global challenges with AI and proprietary data, Exiger is a place where your work can have real impact.

Cons

• High expectations and a fast pace may not suit everyone • Rapid growth means processes are still evolving

Pros

Exiger has a good work culture, with diversity and very smart employees. Compensation is fair, with benefits such as PTO and 16 weeks maternity leave. The period of transition is coming to an end, and a very exciting new period is about to start.

Cons

Exiger has grown rapidly in the last 2 years, and especially so, in the last 6 months. Working during this growing/changing/transition period has been difficult for everyone. Change is hard, but in the long run, this con will change into a pro.

It’s encouraging to hear that you see the momentum building as we enter our next phase of growth. You’re right , the pace of change over the past two years, particularly recently, has been significant. Growth creates opportunity, but it also brings challenges. We’re grateful to our teams for navigating this period with resilience and professionalism. Your feedback on communication and transparency is important. As we continue to scale, we remain focused on clearer alignment, better visibility into our roadmap, and ensuring employees feel informed and supported through change.
