Completely toxic tech organization

Very few. There are some good employees that haven't left yet.

Cons

Tech management has no idea how to develop or launch a product, but they will belittle you and force increasing workloads on you. Constant praise of Elon Musk and "his style". Extensive MAGA/republican politics throughout the company. Compensation and benefits are below market and quite low. Worthless and outdated tech stack that is never able to keep up with the "write a check to any SaaS company that looks cool" attitude from executive management
