If you're a news junkie, like learning new things, or enjoy reading and writing, you'll fit in well at Exiger. The managers and directors are good people who are looking out for their researchers. There's a lot to learn, if you're up for it. The research associate position is also eligible for overtime, which is good compensation for the hard work that's expected of you.
Cons
The work pace can be rigorous at times. The turnaround time for reports can be minimal and feels like a time crunch. Overtime, although compensated, can still be a bummer if you would rather be spending your time not at work. Also, the company is struggling to build capacity to meet its workload. Also can be difficult to know how you're doing in terms of development and mentoring.
