My experience at Exiger was very negative, bordering on traumatizing, and I would not recommend anyone to accept their offer unless it was the only way to afford rent.
Majority of the company's problems have to do with Exiger management being very aware of the over supply of competent, educated and driven young graduates in the DC area, and taking full advantage. Young people come in full of excitement that is based on false promises and outright lies that are regularly told during the recruitment process. Please ask the HR about these Glassdoor reviews, and see how they tell you to discount them.
This company treats its employees as a commodity, and has little respect for the skill and commitment that the employees bring to the table. With the exception of few jewels (shout-out to Sam Shin!) the company management is the worst I have ever encountered in my career to date. Intimidation, disinterest, disrespect, lack of support, poor dialogue, shaming for mistakes, results over staff well-being... You're guaranteed to feel bad about yourself.
Men from certain internal clicks are disproportionately represented in management, and it is clear that promotions do not arise from management potential, but are a way to lock in people who never say no and are willing to produce results at any cost.
All in all, Exiger is a toxic environment you want to stay away from, and warn your friends while you're at it.
