6yWow! We’re so glad you feel valued at Expel. When we’re growing so quickly it’s easy to understand how sometimes folks might over-extend themselves. We’re currently solidifying our company values which will strongly reiterate that we have to care for ourselves first, so I hope you feel comfortable raising your hand if/when you feel stretched thin at work. We’re also excited about some of our new learning and development programs, and it’s fantastic that you find this important, too. We’ve hired a Director of Learning and Development since the posting of your review, woot! We’ve also established Expel Cares so that you and others can make a difference in our communities.
