      Great culture and flexibility, but leadership turnover persists

      Pros

      The people and culture is great. Remote 1st so flexible on office hours. Great benefits and good compensation. Budget allocated for in person get togethers. High level of transparency across all parts of the business. Tools are provided to get the job done and really leaning into AI across the company.

      Cons

      Leadership turnover. Technical debt that needs to be addressed and is starting to be addressed. Lots to do but prioritization is improving.
