From the immersive and engaging interview process, through on-boarding and ramp-up, Expel is simply the best. I had the pleasure of being one of the first people to complete 'Expel-U' which is their new internal on-boarding program. Gave me incredible insight on the industry and tremendously helped me get up to speed. I was able to double my quota in month 1 and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about my time here so far.

Pros

Expel during the interview process really seems like it's too good to be true. From the recruiters to the management teams and then the onboarding staff after you're signed on - everyone is truly amazing. That kind of experience doesn't stop after the first week or the interview process! The founders are so thoughtful and intentional with their approach and efforts at the company. Truly refreshing from recruitment process to being in seat.
