Pros

There are no pro's anymore.

Cons

Once again, the company has gone through and demoted AGM's to 'Team Leads'. This means they are taking money away from them (in some cases, quite a bit of it), but the job description is primarily the same. I say a sorrowful farewell to all that great talent, since I don't foresee them staying after being treated like that. This compounds the workload of the General Manager. The General Managers job is already an extremely stressful job. There are no department managers in this company at the property, so if you are a General Manager, YOU ARE IT...you are responsible for everything.

Pros

- Your check showed up every Friday. - If you happen to have a manager who isn't pure clown shoes or a robot from the planet of Fake Lizard People; life is tolerable.

Cons

- Poor Upper Level Management - Terrible incentives to slow the turnover of employees - Impossible tasks mad more impossible by micromanaging robot clones of higher ups - Every property is full of bed bugs and guests who are on their last stop before skid row.

Pros

first of all - issa job the end.

Cons

- corporate runs their employees to the ground, if there’s anything ive learned throughout 3 years of working for ESA, it would be the simple fact that - they don’t care. - staff is underpaid & overworked - management is underpaid & put under so much pressure - the budget they give to “help” the hotel monthly - is a joke - policy changes were constant . . . I mean . . . conssstant
