Pros

You learn several different skills including, HR, management, and sales. Some upper management is very supportive and wiling to assist other management staff in ensuring success. There is plenty room for growth.

Cons

No work-life balance. Not many employee "perks". Management does not get to enjoy vacation times. High turnover. Forced to wear too many hats. Operation managers are "jack of all trades, masters of none". Bonus structure seems to change in an effort to pay out less.

Pros

A good entry level brand for someone looking to get into hospitality.

Cons

Top company leaders, including President, Vice Presidents, and even Human Resources, do not care about unfair AND illegal treatment dished out on the front line by Regional Directors.

Pros

When I find one, I'll let you know

Cons

The corporate office is a disaster. The turnover is shameful. Morale is non-existent. The CEO walks around smiling and waving like he's "one of us" but has NO CLUE that all of management is lying to him about his home office. Backstabbing, gossiping, people in positions with NO QUALIFICATIONS WHATSOEVER. The health benefits are so pathetic that you would be better off being on public assistance. The people working at the hotels have no training and are halfway illiterate. The hotels are nothing more than welfare hotels and are filled with criminals, the mentally ill, the neglected dying elderly and bedbugs.
