Pros

I can honestly say there are no pros

Cons

Where do I start with the cons there's horrible pay the teacher hours you're lucky if you get all your hours on your time card hostile work environments and that's created by your management management is liars and scammers I love your degrade you in front of other employees and guests but yet if they want to fire you the big cowards I can't even actually fire you they send you home take you up the schedule don't tell you you're fired for a week and take it easy way out and write a letter and slip it under your door and letting you know if you're hurting of employment then they lie to the unemployment agencies about why you were fired in the first place basically all in all to work for this company will ruin your life your self-esteem your ambition in the workforce they take take take and lie lie lie lie lie

Pros

You get paid a paycheck

Cons

Unsafe work environment ( dealing with physical assault from guests, finding dead guests and expected to work the next day with no counciling or support, having a gun put to your head and expected to work the rest of your shift and “suck it up”) Shady business practices due to personal relationships with residents Low pay No Training except by videos that you are then told are wrong

Pros

the only pro is that you can get hired just by proving you can breathe

Cons

turnover is so high because they pay horribly, allow junkies and other homeless criminals to stay. corporate doesn't back up the on property staff when attempting to remove guests who don't pay or cause safety issues with their drug use
