Flexible scheduling, nice employees and guest most of the time, opportunity to get extra hours if you need them.

Cons

Unorganized, hires people that are not reliable, no call out system, barely any coverage.

Flexible hours Overtime opportunity Good benefits Upwards mobility even from low level positions like housekeeping and porters. Solid hours with negotiations. Yearly merit raises.

Cons

Disrespect from guests and sometimes other employees. Holiday seasons are terrible Alot of employees that come and go, very few people stay a long time.
