Pros

Most of the people are very nice and day to day it is a nice environment to be in. Very easy commute in the suburbs with plenty of easy parking

Cons

Management is extremely disorganized. Feels like they have no idea what direction they really want to go. If challenged they tend to have a bully like mentality. Pay is really low compared to other companies offering the same positions. Training is an absolute mess as well. It will take much longer than they state to get up to speed on what you need to do unless it is small and tactical. CEO is all over the place as is upper management. They seem to focus on less important things rather than getting core business practices in order.

Pros

There was none, it was so bad I quit on the spot. The environment was so unhealthy.

Cons

Where do I begin! I found out after being with the company for a year that the owner (Mark) was shorting our checks (which I and other employees took him to court for and won), he would come in the office yelling and belittling everyone. I would go in to work each day with so much anxiety I was on the verge of tears when I was around him. There was no structure, mark was just always finding ways to make money and did not care how he went about them. He once sent me on a 20 minute drive to bring a 'client' files and when I returned he gave me a dunkin coupon as 'compensation'. I thought it was a joke. The final straw is when another employee called out of work for her mental health and he was insisting on using my phone to read texts between her and I.
