      Cons

      Each group has its own OKRs that are in direct conflict with each other. Commercial OKRs ruin Ops OKRs, Ops OKRs ruin Product OKRs, and the constant priority shifts ruin Engineering metrics. The most recent reorg that put Commercial and Ops teams responsible for the development roadmap is a TERRIBLE IDEA. Prioritizing cost-cutting projects over building new features and addressing service resilience will quickly degrade the products.
