Went and going downhill

Pros

Benefits and working remote and laptop provided

Cons

No growth, micro managing, you get written up for not meeting metrics. Difficult to get approved days off. Pushing agents to turn on screen monitoring so QA can spy on you. Push more work on agents and they dont pay more for taking on more work. Incompetent leads and supervisors. WFM (Work Force Management) does not communicate properly and is incompetent as well. Nonstop issues compared to other sportsbooks. They are able to change your schedule without your approval and they make it near impossible to trade or exchange your shift. Work/Life balance was something they promoted when I got hired but it is non-existent now.

Customer service

Pros

Benefits are good, 401k, Gympass

Cons

Once you’re customer service you’ll never get out. Micromanaging. Higher ups don’t listen to us. They allow customers to use profanity and degrade us and allow them to use the platform. They change your schedule 6 times a year. They removed unlimited pto. Now 300+ agents fight for days off. There is no work/life balance. They do not care that you are parents or students outside of their company.
