      Lots of remote options, great company benefits.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities. Senior management (Director Level and higher) have not worked their way up and come from other companies, so they're not familiar with what it is lower-level roles do. Leads to inefficient management decisions.

      Benefits upon hire, work equipment provided, and work from home

      Cons

      Customer Support is the punching bag for the customers with little to none protection from the company. The role can wear on one’s mental health. Shift times are not favorable to new hires. Additionally, they will say everyday is different, but it’s different by the hour, meaning if you ask a question or a way to do something that the answer can vary by who you ask or when you ask. And the micromanaging is at a high for no value
