Pros

+ The benefits Package from Day One is Very Good + Basic Training with Products like Salesforce is Good for Newbies to Tech. + PTO Is Plentiful + Remote or Hybrid Model is Nice for flexible working environments + Almost limitless overtime (Time and a half) during NFL season (Sept through January) $28.50-$30 an hour. + Work/Life Balance is very good. You can simply log off and go about your day after clocking out. No off-hours slack messages or e-mails.

Cons

- If you're looking to advance, the ceiling is limited for customer operations. Advise getting your training and certifications outside of work if you intend to target working in Engineering/Sales/Business/Product departments. - Football season is all about volume so meetings with direct line management come to a halt from September to February. - Pay is low for the Atlanta metro area. A second job may be needed during non-football season to make ends meet. - Paid Time Off during Football Season on the weekends is very rare. If you're a football fan, I would get used to working during the big games.
