      Pros

      working in sports is awesome, most people are nice

      Cons

      leadership is disastrous, growth is nonexistent, constant layoffs and firings, re-orgs every few months, HR only cares about protecting the company rep and not the employees. they also rarely promote from within anymore. used to be an amazing place but after the NYSE listing, the culture has become really toxic, as seen by tons of people trying to leave and several VP+ departures with nothing lined up. bad situation

      Pros

      The employees at FanDuel are great, and the culture is amazing. I am proud of the work I’ve done there.

      Cons

      Way too many changes happen in a span of a short period. It’s a lot of adjusting and adapting. Just a company that grew too fast and is paying the price. While it is a great place to work, the job security just isn’t there and neither is any leadership. The decisions can be questionable if you come to hear about it. If you value communication and transparency, this place may not be for you.

      Pros

      Lots of hype and stuff around sports and stuff.

      Cons

      Will sometimes randomly lay off hundreds of staff without warning, PIPS, etc. Uses terms like "manage people out" and as what id call a cut throat culture. The leaders are not nice or competent. They are mostly DEI hires meant to act as a shiny corporate crown upon a visibly rotten tooth.
