Pros

-Good benefits -Unlimited PTO -Lots of help and resources within the company, truly is a team environment -Fully remote

Cons

- No weekends off -No holidays off besides 1 or 2 -Bad hours (unless you get really lucky in the shift lottery) (9-5 is so rare) -Micromanaged like crazy -Pay is pretty bad ($21/hr in NJ) -Have to be online all times and meet an hourly quota -If you take too long of a break, you’re immediately going to receive a warning

Pros

Name recognition as a company. Some talented individuals on the team and opportunities to work on interesting projects, if you can navigate the environment effectively.

Cons

The organization operates in a very waterfall-oriented manner, despite claims of being “agile” or moving quickly. Resource constraints frequently delay initiatives, and there is a noticeable degree of favoritism that affects decision-making and opportunities. Compensation tends to be below market, and managerial effectiveness varies greatly, with limited avenues for employees to provide feedback on leadership. The culture can feel clique-like, and expressing dissenting opinions or raising concerns is often viewed negatively, creating challenges for transparency and open dialogue. Without a structured way to evaluate managers, career growth can be heavily dependent on individual relationships rather than consistent performance metrics or development pathways.
