Pros

Free movies, free lunches, social events, open and friendly work environment, great PTO/vacation and benefits.

Cons

Too many chiefs in the upper executive division of company. Everybody wants to do one thing or another and ends up creating delays in product launches. Causes extended work hours and sometimes weekend work. You'll get really familiar with a 10-12 hour work day.

Pros

A ton of people at the company are smart, capable, funny, and hard working. If you get on the right team, you can really have a great time and learn a lot.

Cons

Usually having folks who have been at the company for many years is a plus. In this case, it is often stifling as new ideas or suggestions for improvements are looked at as criticisms. Several of the senior team members have never really worked anywhere else and don't want to work on improving the culture.

Pros

Movies are cool! They feed you and give you access to cool events. Very smart, capable people for the most part. Development team is best in class without a doubt.

Cons

Some management is hard to deal with. Lots of churn in the past few years. If you are not a part of the crew (which is very easy to be a part of)..then it might not be as fun.
