Pros
You get a company car and can use it for personal use, if you work in the field. location is good, you can work from home if you are sick rather than using your sick time ( which after the first of the year will be your vacation time )
Cons
excessive claims volume, unrealistic expectations placed on employees, little chance of a decent raise if you do not meet the unreal expectations, they let you know you are replaceable and that they will replace you if you don't work massive amounts of overtime (some unpaid) to keep up with the volume.
