High-stress environment Constant turnover resulting in there always being way too few employees Every time there is a new director of something or other they make sweeping changes "to improve sales" and often end up doing something the guy three cycles ago did. There's no career growth even though they tell you that there is. You can never get production done when you work alone because this place is too cheap to hire more people, and I was a high ranking employee in the state. Benefits are average and not as great as they promise them to be. The pay is insulting, and the so called wonderful tuition reimbursement that they brag about is insultingly low. Customers treat you like crap and refer to you as the "copy person" and force you to help them with self-service because they're too lazy to learn. They also yell at you because they apparently think that FedEx invented the copyright law. It's really not much to be angry about. I'm really just venting because FEDEX NEEDS TO STOP BRAGGING ABOUT HOW GREAT OF A PLACE THEY ARE TO WORK AT.
