Pros

Great pay; most holidays off; good room for growth; great team building opportunities; bonus opportunities for those who make metrics; transfers are available throughout the US & Canada

Cons

Long days (not 9-5); if you are understaffed, you will be working even longer; although growth/transfers are abundantly available, if your direct supervisor doesn't approve it, you're stuck.

Pros

Decent pay for retail and that is pretty much the only thing I can say for it.

Cons

High-stress environment Constant turnover resulting in there always being way too few employees Every time there is a new director of something or other they make sweeping changes "to improve sales" and often end up doing something the guy three cycles ago did. Obsessive focus on metrics with little to no relationship with reality "Upsell on every order!" Expect every employee to fill 3 different roles and pay them for 1 Will work you until your body is worn out because "it looks unprofessional" to sit down

Pros

You can get a hands on education working with design software.

Cons

There's no career growth even though they tell you that there is. You can never get production done when you work alone because this place is too cheap to hire more people, and I was a high ranking employee in the state. Benefits are average and not as great as they promise them to be. The pay is insulting, and the so called wonderful tuition reimbursement that they brag about is insultingly low. Customers treat you like crap and refer to you as the "copy person" and force you to help them with self-service because they're too lazy to learn. They also yell at you because they apparently think that FedEx invented the copyright law. It's really not much to be angry about. I'm really just venting because FEDEX NEEDS TO STOP BRAGGING ABOUT HOW GREAT OF A PLACE THEY ARE TO WORK AT.
