      Pros

      * People - everyone looks out for each other and supports one another. * Culture - not just a passing thought at Feedonomics - culture is deeply leveraged across the teams to ensure individual, team, and company success. * Technology - best-in-class technology that is a pleasure to work within. * Very competitive salaries and growth opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      * No 401k match (RSUs instead) * Work/Life balance can be challenging at times, mostly a non-issue though.

      Full remote first company wide; Uses the winning culture of the New Zealand All-Blacks as detailed in the book called Legacy which is given to every new employee; well meaning and smart leadership team; multiple people will highlight how might and day the culture is compared to their former employer

      working with teams across time zones mostly working according to Pacific Standard time zone

While we don't feel the need to compare ourselves to any other organization, it speaks to the prior experiences of all our Feedos and how we created a learning environment out of less than ideal situations. We are grateful of the work you are doing to improve our product and to maintain our remote-first culture.
