Cons

Remote working has been an adjustment, but Feedonomics has done a good job of keeping everyone in the loop. Other than that I have no cons, Feedonomics is a great place to work.

Pros

I've worked at multiple startups and this remains one of my favorite experiences. The people are incredibly friendly, hardworking, and frankly the best of the best. The talent is remarkably strong and importantly very humble about it. I get to work on world-class artificial intelligence technology with some of the strongest engineers I have worked with in my career. The team remains small yet nimble, able to innovate technology that larger companies with 10,000+ employees can't do.

Cons

Remote work has been more difficult and initially slowed me down. A quick in person meeting often solves hurdles faster. It can take some time for my team's output to finally go live, for reasons I understand, and we are putting in place measures to accelerate this.

I work with the best team EVER! Diving into a new role in this virtual world can seem intimidating, but my team has welcomed me with open arms. My coworkers have been extremely accommodating to answering questions, showing me the ropes, and even meeting for virtual coffee chats! The genuine family-like culture and transparency is unlike any company I've worked for. Everyone is super welcoming, management really cares about all team members and I feel so lucky to be part of an organization that puts its employees first. Feedonomics has a work hard play hard mentality where no one is too big to do the small stuff and everyone exhibits a drive to succeed.
