Pros

People are always willing to help.

Cons

Pay Rate used to be okay, but with the fast growing, they became super greedy. Retention rate is down and people are leaving left to right. Be ready to NOT have a work life balance.

I am curious about your statement regarding retention as our retention is at an industry leading 91% - and the folks that have left have given us wonderful feedback and let us know that their decision was a personal one. With our absolute commitment to employee satisfaction and ensuring a focus on personal and professional growth, we do not concur with your statement that our people are “leaving left or right”. If you feel that you are struggling to have a work-life balance, please share this information with either your direct manager or our People Empowerment department who are always available and willing to help. In terms of compensation, we use multiple benchmarks to ensure we're as competitive as we can be, and we are constantly evaluating how to be as attractive as possible. Please feel free to come and discuss your concerns as we encourage open and honest feedback.

More Than Just A Company

Pros

Through the years Feedonomics has strived to keep its family feel with a living and breathing culture. Everyone that works here has the opportunity to try new things, make a difference, voice their concerns and possible solutions and much more. Each year there are new advances to not only the business, but the benefits that Feedonomics provides whether they are gatherings, enhanced health benefits, contests, and more. They truly have an open door policy which the CEO and founders are easily approachable no matter what you want or need to discuss.

Cons

Be ready to change course and be challenged to grow. This company is fast growing and if you don't like change they might now be the right fit for you yet. Since the company is still growing, the benefits are still in the process of growing to as well as a better foundation for a structured career path within the company (though there is opportunities to make your own career move if you identify a need).

Pros

1) Fast Growing Company with many opportunities for growth 2) CEO who invests in company culture. He recognizes as we grow, what unfortunately happens to a lot of companies, the culture begins to dilute. By bringing on and investing in a People Empowerment Manager, this ensures we maintain our company culture through rapid growth. Quarterly Meetings to review our 15 Principles through Legacy by James Kerr. The People Empowerment Manager also conducts 1v1 with the entire company to ensure voices are being heard. 3) The PEOPLE. Everyone at Feedonomics from the top down are the hardest working people I know. I have been fortunate enough to be here for 2+ years and watch our company grow from a 40 person team to 150+ worldwide. It amazes me that we still bring on great talent, truly the best of the best. The growth also is gaining traction and shows no signs of slowing down. 4) No Hypocrisy - Every member of the team will never ask someone to do something that they would not do themselves. This to me shows excellent leadership and leading by example 5) Open door policy for all management up to C level. If something doesn't work or is off, voice it and our team will take the steps to fix it. 6) Constant updates for the LA office with Zen Rooms, Newly Designed Break Room and Game Room. (The Kegerator is quite nice too!) I have worked at a few of the major tech companies in LA that many people have heard of. Companies that started in a kitchen and grew to a corporate powerhouse. What I love about Feedonomics and separates this company from those is that we have tremendous people who are willing to adapt in the fast paced environment and are ALWAYS willing to lend a helping hand. I am really blessed to work with the people I do. Without the people that work at Feedonomics, we would just be another tech company.

Cons

- Work life balance can be difficult at times. But company does strive to take the proper steps to ensure everyone has a great work/life balance - Fast paced environment can be difficult for some. This is what makes me proud of my coworkers in knowing they battle through these times. Only the best can cut it.
