- Great hands on experience in the robotics field - Great pay - Friendly co-workers

Cons

- Performance expectations from management change daily - Weekly/Monthly 1:1’s are useless as they do not reflect on annual performance review. - No pay raises - Zero job security - Management not trustworthy

Pros

Cool technology Market is excellent Really interesting work

Cons

Executive management are partial to employees and like to keep their people. They overlook the good work people do but concentrate on finding what is wrong with people and forming an opinion about it. A lot of time is wasted in passing on the blame from one person to another.
