      Lack of "transparency"

      Great people who support one another.

      Cons

      Terrible management, stagnant growth with unrealistic goals, "furloughing" people who have worked at the company 5+ years with a days notice because they don't touch parts but then hiring for roles that don't touch parts that same day, shifting strategies every 3-months. Stay away.

We value all inputs, and in reading reviews, we always strive to come up with actions we can apply in order to create a more connected culture and work environment. While we understand this is an extremely difficult time for many, small businesses are also being greatly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. As a business, we have had to shift our strategy during Covid-19 so that we can make a greater impact in the community and for the manufacturing industry as a whole. Many manufacturing partners have truly felt the impact of this pandemic. We value agility and transparency during this time. We have great empathy for all who are impacted right now, especially our team members. And although we are not at liberty to discuss confidential personnel matters, Fictiv is working very hard to maintain business continuity during this time. Again, thank you for sharing your inputs, and our hope is that you are staying safe.

      Clumsy and hurtful treatment

      Unique business that is transforming an old industry, manufacturing, in a long-overdue way.

      Cons

      Extremely bad at 'change management'. Clumsy and hurtful treatment of employees, new or veteran. Salary strategy is to offer below market, and tout other benefits as a reason to not pay a fair wage.
