Some of the worst management I've ever work with in my many roles. The CEO is the most selfish man alive. The whole firms prioritizes are out of wack and there is 0 structure at the firm. Hire people to be slaves and burn out. AWFUL culture. So cut throat and unprofessional. HR violation everywhere.

Culture isn't great. The management team is vindictive, which is demonstrated by their clawbacks and bad mouthing people when they leave. Research analysts get a lot of cumbersome administrative tasks and are expected to work the same hours as investment banking analysts even though they are paid significantly less. Management has little interest in the analysts career development.
