      None. They killed CashAmerica. One of the best companies ever.

      Cons

      FirstCash employs modern day slave labor. They do the least amount required by law just to cut costs, then pile everything on the district manager and below.

      Excellent customer service, fair pricing on used items based on category, flexible work schedule, clean neat store space.

      Cons

      Not being promoted as promised, asked to move around several times in a short period of time, employees not doing their job.

      None at all. Nothing. Nada

      Cons

      They slashed benefits. They reduced 401k contributions. They increased working hours. The downgraded the software we used at work. The changed their vacation policy. They changed their policies regarding returns and layaway and made it harder for use to help the customers. There is NO such thing as work life balance. I was a store manager for 3 years.
