      The pay is not good. They offer no career path. The health package they offer is mediocre and management is a whole other story.

      Pros

      Very flexible as long as your shop is performing well. This is a company that distinguishes from its competitors by having beautiful stores, friendly staff, and strong support systems as well as training.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have too many big sales to market for in shorts periods of time. I would suggest separating them at least 2 months in between. Every day we have/make good deals.
