Our team is supportive and encouraging and, even while working remote, I feel incredibly connected. Coming from a military family, the culture at First Command couldn’t be a better fit and I look forward to growing my career with the company. While onboarding and training were a challenge fully remote, I have felt nothing but genuine support from my team.
