Pros

Has a bit of the 'small town' feel - some good folks with good attitudes that allow long term friendships to develop.

Cons

They senior management team is struggling. Since the new CEO was appointed, many managers have been fired (in harsh, unpleasant ways) and replaced with 'newer, cooler, sexier' versions. The problem now is that management doesn't 'match' the company culture or how the company history. This has created a lot of turnover and people turning on each other to survive.

Mission gone wrong.

Pros

Free gym and covered parking.

Cons

They don't provide training to employees, they micro manage but with lack of direction or goals, there is a lot of finger pointing and management does not want to take responsibility. 2% to 0% on employee pay raises. Executives have a lot of off site meetings with big budget meals. Depressing atmosphere, lots of people always coughing and sneezing. No career opportunities, long hours, and 1950's culture.

Pros

PSP/ESOP is the best thing the company has going for it.

Cons

Low morale, Board and Executives keep making bad decisions and hanging on to people who make them.
