Fantastic Program Model

Pros

The program model is incredible. Ability to make intentional and meaningful relationships with young people. Inspiring team work environment.

Cons

There are too many administrative tasks to complete. Lots of micro-management but seems to be improving. Appears that management does want to improve the wellbeing of direct line staff.

Pros

Supportive and passionate direct line staff.

Cons

Management is disconnected from the clients and the mission. Incompetent and under-qualified people are consistently promoted, while others are ignored, resulting in the agency losing some of it's best employees. The culture focuses more on numbers and reputation rather than implementing strong policies and trainings for staff and clients.
