Pros

A lot of good folks work here

Cons

If you do a great job in your middle management position, save the company money hand over fist, consistently meet SLAs, therefore happy clients while at the same time rewarding and recognizing your employees, meaning a MUCH better job than executive leadership up at the top, you are rewarded with being let go after 20+ years.

Once a great company to work for.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits. Good co-corkers and direct supervisors.

Cons

Unfortunately, the current executive leadership is tanking the company. What was once a great place to work, that valued flexibility and work life balance, now feels like the exact opposite. There is no transparency. From sudden lay offs, to sudden return to office mandates with no reasoning other than “they feel we are better together”. Employees are leaving left & right now. Top talent continually departing the company.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Supported by direct supervision.

Cons

New CEO and his executive buddies are terrible. From the way they handled lay offs ( after hours email from HR then made them log on for a call in the morning), RTO mandate for all employees after posting jobs as "remote" for years. Work/life balance is non existent. Had more flexibility 10 years ago before remote work became popular. Aging service centers, limited fleet, lack of essential employees and no proper training anymore.
