Pros

Work life balance is 3.5 stars. Varies based on demands of the communities you manage. Many communities see demanding, board meetings are evening hours & if you manage multiple communities they all seem to have meetings at the same time & the amount of work is unmanageable about 80% of the time.

Cons

Managers are extremely underpaid, high demands, unrealistic job load & don’t even try to keep up it’s impossible & you’ll lose your sanity trying. Do your best & let the rest go as this job will suck the life from you.

Pros

Pay was good, nice office, decent benefits.

Cons

Management doesn't listen, there is high turnover and heavy work loads, and lies about opportunities. We saw people who were promised promotions they deserved, then when time came, management added more stipulations and arbitrary items needed first. Committed managers are not treated how they should be, and managers who exhibit issues are given too many chances due to the inability to maintain and get new staff. Also, inspections. The work load is already too much, to add inspections to the plate is the worst thing about the company.
