Poor communications both internally and through management, outdated content, not every office is similar globally

WORST JOB EVER!

Pros

You key medical claims all day at your own desk.

Management at this job is HORRIBLE. There is no communication between upper management and those in the office. The management that is behind the back doors only have concern about money and not employees. Contact with HR is not available at the location so you must call or email HR elsewhere. HR is worthless as well. They constantly lie and try to cover up their lies and sketchiness. "Matrix"- while you may think you will make more money, you will not due to the raising standards to where your 160% drops to a 63% and its not just one person but a whole team who are in numerous types of claims. Mandatory overtime is abused by them majorly. They threaten that you can be fired for not being able to make it is and if you have kids they tell you to find someone to watch them or to bring them in with you. Then once they have caught up on work and are ahead they then start sending you home early without pay. Some weeks it may be for a few hours but I had to deal with many days in one week with not coming in or being sent home early. The points system is messed up. If you have a death in the family or or are deathly ill in the hospital, you get a point. Then when you give them a resignation letter stating when you are leaving they will fire you the day you submit your letter. If you are lucky enough to manage to remain there because they are so far behind, they then turn around and say that you were involuntary terminated even though you gave a resignation letter. If you go to work there good luck, you will need it!

Pros

None, aside from a steady schedule

Cons

Zero respect from Management. Unreasonable expectations. No hourly pay (and no way to track anything to see if you're being screwed), absolutely no room for advancement. Overtime is spung on you at a moments notice, with punishment if you don't bend to their every whim. Have a family? They don't care. Your work comes first, always.
