Pros

My co-workers were great. Always friendly and there to help if you needed it. Also I loved the hours. First shift was 6am to 2:30. I still had the whole day ahead of me to get things done.

Cons

There production standards were unrealistic. Managements only concern was production and the bottom line. They had no concern for their employees and treated them like slave workers. You would always get talked to or given the "stink eye" just for taking a couple of moments to stretch or rub your eyes because you are sitting and staring at a computer screen for 8 hours. Like I said no consideration for the employees who were busting their butt and getting the work done. If you didn't conform, you got thrown away like yesterday's garbage.

Pros

Pros Pay is decent for the most part than other paying companies but the percentage raise is insane. Across the board, as they state, raises have been cut off to a .05. Our office is a ghost town... A lot of layoffs, resigning, and No Promises kept!

Cons

Favoritism is a problem at our Miami location! Hard real workers are treated poorly and not given the opportunity of equal back to back 2 days off in a row. Days off are separated. Under-educated / barely working employees given top quality care and are favored than those who are educated and working hard... Promises from upper management are voiced but never rendered. Manager has her right hand person that covers for her at all angles, gives her priority employee care than others at hand. Holidays are worked for on one half of hospitals while the other half has them officially off all year round. Scheduled hours are changed for all except one employee having the best hourly schedule just because... Manager/ supervisor favor some, than others. Lies, lies, lies.... Definitely not an Equal Opportunity Environment.
