Pros

Friendly co workers with many of connections with all types.

Cons

Benefits are horrible, chance to further your career is minimal, would only use this company to get experience of being in a call center environment.

Pros

customer service experience Depending on the contract, there is the ability to learn more about insurance coverage. Good place to start out with little to no former work experience

Cons

Most of the managers aren't focused on helping out their CSRs - there were only 1 or 2 supervisors that were genuinely helpful.

Pros

Benefits, weekends off, paid holidays off. Some employees are friendly.

Cons

Matrix pay is a scam, not enough training, supervisors play favorites. Had a supervisor keep her favorites while the rest of us were moved to another department.let emphasize that there needs to be more training.Even if it means a month instead of 2 weeks
