Remote work, friendly co-workers, full benefit offerings.

Cons

Often leads with cost cutting in mind compromising on long-term gains. Some leaders are stuck in past and can’t move forward. High-turn over in key leadership positions that often come in, cut cost for the win and leave the remaining employees stuck with the choices. Very low retirement match.

Monday - Friday that’s about it and the comfort of your home

Cons

Pay is only $14 hr the computer systems is crappy the training staff in the beginning is so boring you will be sleep and guarantee you won’t have learn anything no payroll number to speak to anyone about issues
