After working here for many years, I’ve seen the company grow and keep a strong grasp on being family- oriented. We have been able to keep many of our top performers engaged with this flexibility and ability to reward hard work. There are many strong leaders at the company who are open and willing to provide mentorship and guidance, and many leadership opportunities for younger staff to develop. We are a smaller company, so we are nimbler than competitors and we also have wonderful local HR and IT, which is rare to find at a larger company. I highly recommend considering Fisher Associates if you are looking for an opportunity to work on some incredible projects with great people, while not sacrificing your home life.

Fisher is a great company to work for with a flexible work environment and leaders who are forward thinking, transparent and caring. I highly recommend working at Fisher.

Cons

The hybrid schedule is great, but I miss everyone being in the office.
