Pros

The convenience of working from home is great.

Cons

The pay is too low and they need more flexible hours. If you're going to pay 13 bucks an hour, allow people to work part time hours because who can afford to live off of 13 dollar an hour alone??

We do allow part time schedules however you have to work onsite. We are hoping to offer that in a work from home capacity in the hear future.

No growth, but a nice position to get experience

Cons

Depending on your manager will make or break this job. Will become boring Absolutely no growth, best to move on after 6 months to a year to gain experience

Pros

Imagine a scenario, where the world is turned essentially upside down and everyone including complex companie structures have to re acclimate to a new normal, well were in it , and this company has weathered this storm with grace and professionalism , They certainly live up to the moniker of 5 star for sure . Excellent leadership , clear directives , understanding and empathetic leadership and quality tech tools , bravo five star, bravo!!
