Pros

New chairs; view of park; free coffee...that's about it...I'd write more but I can't think of anything positive to say.

Cons

Hard to respect a leadership team that lies and is only interested in ensuring their own jobs are secure. Turnover in office a clear example of office dysfunction.

Pros

Good fertility benefits Good PTO and sick time Exposure to working on big brands Some cool travel on certain accounts

Cons

Unorganized leadership that is fighting to have their way be the new way makes for long nights and frequent weekends. Complaints of being spread to thin are met with the response that everyone is working hard. Poor communication from executives. Never enough time or resources to do the work properly. You get a calm app subscription and emails during mental health week and they send emails about setting healthy boundaries yet continue to demand late nights and weekends while acknowledging they don’t want to be.

Pros

- Global agency providing opportunities to do great work for a variety of big brands across many industries - Culture that challenges individuals to push themselves and rewards hard work and initiative taking - A company where you will learn a lot from smart colleagues and challenging work - Competitive salary and benefits

Cons

FleishmanHillard is owned by a giant holding company called Omnicom. Despite paying lip service to the contrary, Omnicom's sole motivation is profit. They are not concerned with the culture of their companies or the wellbeing of their employees. Their sole concern is profit margin and they track it minute-to-minute. How does this affect employees day-to-day? Put simply: it smothers creativity, new thinking and innovation and fosters a culture where everyone is watching their back and making sure they bill enough hours. Will you have opportunities to do big, interesting projects at FH? Yes. Will you gain a lot of professional experience? Yes. Just don't expect the kind of culture where they care much about you as an individual and/or for your ideas on how to do things differently.
